The Story of a Scoop Shop

The Twin Cities is saturated with ice cream shops that are both delicious and highly marketable. Among the giants stands Sebastian Joe’s, who have increasingly been challenged to toe the line between tradition and modernity. With shiny new branded materials and spectacular renovations that brought the two stores a step in the direction of their Instagramable counterparts, I was asked to help produce a video that highlighted the family behind the confectionary foundation.
